The Ankh Ring

According to elder Baba Heru, the Ankh honors the mother (womb), father, and children (that come from the womb through the seed of the father). It symbolizes the water that rises up from the earth, up to the clouds, and then back down to the earth as rain, to bring vegetation out of the ground. It also symbolizes spirit, mind, and matter. The Ankh shows the continuous regeneration of life.
